Is SCAFFKiT a secure shopping site?

Yes, SCAFFKiT is a secure shopping site. Once your order is ready, all payments are made via the PayPal website. You can use credit card or bank account without exposing your account numbers. You can even pay by credit card without opening a PayPal account, whilst keeping the security of the PayPal website.​

When will my parcel arrive?



All orders will be dispatched within two business days. In Australia, we send all parcels via Australia Post Express Post, which guarantees delivery within 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can keep an eye on the progress of your delivery. Simply enter your tracking number at http://auspost.com.au/track/

If your parcel does not arrive within the specified timeframes, please contact us immediately at sales@scaffkit.com.au All orders have Australia Post tracking numbers and we will follow up your delivery immediately.​

Do you accept cheque or money order?
 

Unfortunately we do not accept any personal cheques, traveller's cheques or money orders. All payments are made via the PayPal website which accepts payment by credit card or bank account.​

Where is your shop/store?

SCAFFKiT is an online only business and therefore does not have a physical shop/store. The lack of overhead costs associated with a physical shop means that SCAFFKiT can offer you products at a lower price.

 

We do understand that sometimes there is urgency to receive your products, so if you are in Perth and require your order on the same business day, please call on 0402234622 and if our schedule allows, we may be able to assist you. Please keep in mind that SCAFFKiT uses Australia Post Express Post, which guarantees delivery within 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order then send us an email to sales@scaffkit.com.au and we will sort it out for you, with the right item or a replacement item being sent out that day.

If you think  an item you have received has a fault, or an item you previously purchased from us has a fault, please email us at sales@scaffkit.com.au

Do you accept international shipments?

Please contact us via email at sales@scaffkit.com.au if you would like an international shipment so we can advise on postage costs.

SCAFFKiT utilises International Australia Post to send all international orders and they usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive depending on how long it takes to clear customs. This is different in every country.

PLEASE NOTE: SCAFFKiT will not be responsible for any duties and taxes incurred from customs in your delivery country.​
