Is SCAFFKiT a secure shopping site?

Yes, SCAFFKiT is a secure shopping site. We accept secure online payments via Stripe, allowing you to pay quickly and safely using major credit and debit cards.

Where is your shop/store?​

SCAFFKiT is an online only business and therefore does not have a physical shop/store. 

When will my parcel arrive?

All orders will be dispatched within two business days. In Australia, we send all parcels via Australia Post Express Post. Delivery is usually within 1-2 business days, although this is not guaranteed, as there may be delays in the network that are out of our control. A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can keep an eye on the progress of your delivery. Simply enter your tracking number at http://auspost.com.au/track/

If your parcel does not arrive within the specified timeframes, please contact us immediately at sales@scaffkit.com.au 

All orders have Australia Post tracking numbers and we will follow up on your delivery immediately.​

Do you accept cheque, money order or payment plans?

Unfortunately we do not accept any personal cheques, traveller's cheques or money orders. We are also unable to offer payment plans. All payments are made via Stripe, allowing you to pay quickly and safely using major credit and debit cards.

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?​

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order then send us an email to sales@scaffkit.com.au and we will sort it out for you, with the right item or a replacement item being sent out that day.​

If you think an item you have received has a fault, or an item you previously purchased from us has a fault, please email us at sales@scaffkit.com.au

Do you accept international shipments?​

Please contact us via email at sales@scaffkit.com.au if you would like an international shipment so we can advise on postage costs.​

SCAFFKiT utilises International Australia Post to send all international orders and they usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive depending on how long it takes to clear customs. This is different in every country.​

PLEASE NOTE: SCAFFKiT will not be responsible for any duties and taxes incurred from customs in your delivery country.​
